We’ve partnered with renowned producers, sourcing diverse breeds such as Angus, Hereford, Longhorn, and Belted Galloway. Our Southbend Grill will sear your steaks at a scorching 800ºC – to perfection. Choose either the Silver or Gold menu and opt to add a wine flight for the perfect pairings, as suggested by our expert sommelier, for a truly unforgettable experience.
